Return and Exchange Policy

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY  (International Please Contact) 

EXCHANGES POLICY:

  • Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the order, provided it is unused and in good condition.

  • Size exchanges incur a minimal reverse logistic fee of ₹99 per order, covering just 50% of our expenses.

  • Exchange orders are dispatched upon receipt and verification of the reverse shipment.

  • The return or exchange process will be applicable only once for the original order.

  • We have developed a very easy to use self-serve portal to ensure smooth and quick exchanges and returns. Click here to get started!

  • If any product is exchanged with a lower value product the difference amount will be refunded as a store credit

  • PLEASE NOTE: Personalized Bracelets cannot be exchanged or returned.

RETURNS POLICY:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.  The returned products must be unused and in good condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Any orders placed during "Sale" if returned then the discount amount will be adjusted according to the number of products returned

  • If you are opting for Store Credit, it will incur a reverse logistic fee of ₹99 from the product amount, you will get this credit within 48 hours of reverse pickup.

  • If you are opting for a Money Refund to the Original payment method, it will incur a reverse logistic fee of ₹140. The refund will be processed upon receipt and verification of the returned shipment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped; poor condition or damage voids the refund.

  • All freebies received must be returned with the product of which the return is initiated. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of the respective amount from the refund issued for the returned product

  • The return and exchange process will be applicable only once for the original order.

  • Partially Paid Orders Are Non-Refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellation Policy for Pre-Paid Orders:
    Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. If the order is cancelled after being dispatched, a cancellation fee of ₹100 will be charged.

  • Note: Please be advised that any partially paid orders that are rejected by the customer are non-refundable.

 

DEFECTIVE/WRONG/MISSING PRODUCT:

  • Defective products are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • In the case of defective, wrong, or missing products, a gift card or replacement shipment is provided, not a refund.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims regarding missing/defect/wrong products; queries without unboxing video will not be considered.
